Refund policy

We want you to love your Kingdom Heroes. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Paint-Your-Own kits. Once a Paint-Your-Own kit has been painted or its paints opened, it can't be returned, but if it arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right (see below).

Made-to-order items. Because many of our figures are made just for you, we're not able to accept returns simply due to a change of mind on custom or personalized items. Defects and shipping damage are always covered.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@happiestlion.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice.

How to start a return. Email hello@happiestlion.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
