Agreement. By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Who may order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and availability. We do our best to display our products and colors accurately, but actual items, especially handmade and Paint-Your-Own figures, may vary slightly. Availability can change, and we may limit or discontinue any product.

Pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Made-to-order and processing. Many items are made to order. See our Shipping Policy for timing.

Returns. See our Returns and Refunds policy.

Safe use and supervision. Our figures and accessories are intended for ages 3 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended. Please read and follow any warnings on the product and its packaging.

Disclaimer of warranties. The store and everything sold through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappiestLion, LLC and its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the store or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold HappiestLion, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of a product or your breach of these terms.

Intellectual property. All HappiestLion designs, artwork, and content are our original work and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
